GAGANAM...A breath of fresh air infused into TFI

Gaganam starts off with characters introduction which takes place at a very good pace...Movie moves into the story very quickly and the main point of the movie - THE HIJACK is established very well...Flash back of the movie which happens in jammu and kashmir is presented very well...Nagarjuna excels in his role as a NSG commando...Prakash raaj plays the role of Home secretary with elan...Pace of the movie is very good in the first half and presented very well inspite of being a simple point...the director takes the cake in this aspect...Interval Bang arrives with a superb twist which is best described when seen on the screen...

The second half takes off with very limited options left with the team which tries to free the flight...The operation which is undertaken to free the flight is named OPERATION GAGANAM...There are very good touching and emotional scenes in the second half of the movie...Movie draws towards the climax at a very good place and the climax of the movie is executed very well...anything said about how it is excuted on screen will simply spoil the fun...

Cinematography : very good

Music : extraordinary

Direction : superb to say the least

Analysis :: A must watch for everybody who enjoy emotional thrillers...hats off to the team for executing a project like GAGANAM

SUMANTH'S 'RAAJ' ON 25TH FEB

Sumanth’s upcoming film “Raaj” is all set to hit the screens on 25th of this month. Currently the film unit is busy with post-production works. Sumanth plays the role of a fashion photographer in this film. Priyamani and Vimala Raman are playing the female lead roles opposite to Sumanth. V.N.Aditya is directing this film and produced by Kumar Brothers under Kumar Brothers Cinema banner. This film is said to be a romantic action entertainer with a triangular love story.

MANCHU MANOJ'S NEW MOVIE

Manchu Manoj is all set to work in the production of his sister Manchu Lakshmi. Earlier, she made ‘Jhummandi Nadam’ with Manoj, and this is the second movie of her with the same hero. The movie has been titled as ‘Oo Kodatara Ulikki Padatara’. ‘Vedam’, ‘Mirapakai’ and ‘Wanted’ fame Deeksha Seth will pair up with him. ALA MODALAINDI REMAKE RIGHTS SOLD OUT

Nani’s latest romantic comedy film ‘Ala Modalaindi’, which was directed by the debutant Nandini Reddy has become a box office hit. It is now learnt that the Tamil remake rights of this small budget film has been sold out for a fancy price of Rs 50 lakhs to a well known Tamil producer. Malayalam actress Nithya Menon made her debut in Telugu through this flick. Music composed by Kalyani Malik was the major asset to the film.

On other hand Nani is going to make his debut in Tamil through a film titled ‘Veppam’. Interestingly Nithya Menon is also playing the female lead role along with Bindu Madhavi. This film is under brisk progress and is likely to release some time in March.

'ERRA GULABEELU' GETS 'A'

This film is a bilingual film in Tamil it has titled as ’Nadunisi Naaygal’ and in Telugu it has titled as ’Erra Gulabeelu’. This film is said to be a psychological thriller film. The Censor Board has given an ‘A’ certificate for this film without any cuts and the film makers are planning to release the film on February 18. Sameera Reddy and Karthik are playing the lead roles while Veera and Samantha appear in guest roles.

There have been various reports in media that Shankar directed Rajnikant starrer Robot, collected Rs 500 Crores. And some reports event said that the movie collected Rs 100 Crs in a single day. Such baseless rumors and figures have been put to rest by the production house Sun Pictures that produced the film in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

The production house is a public listed company, so it made the figures officially to the public.
